10.1.3 - going back to manual editing of files

These days I am installing and implementing 10.1.3 application server.
One important thing that I found in this application server is that we cannot create DADs in 10.1.3 from the EM like we can do from 10.1.2.x.x application server - by clicking on the plsql properties on the HTTP link in the EM.

In 10.1.3.x.x we go back to editing $ORACLE_HOME/Apache/modplsql/conf/dads.conf file.
